Hi there!
I’m a qualified personal trainer with a deep love for outdoor sports and movement in all its forms. Nature is my home - it brings me peace, restores my energy, and keeps me grounded. I’m passionate about inclusivity and believe that fitness should be accessible to everyone. My goal is to bring people’s vision of fitness back to basics - stripping away the noise and focusing on simplicity, sustainability, and enjoyment. For me, the most important aspect of movement is maintaining both physical and mental health.


My mission
My mission is to show that movement truly is for everyone. I aim to equip my clients and audience with practical skills and tools they can carry forward independently, building confidence and long-term wellbeing. Outdoor sports have been part of my life since childhood. While I’m not a high-performance rider, climber or paddler, it’s my way to unwind, reset mentally, and reconnect with nature. That said, I still love the adrenaline rush and the sense of freedom they bring.
