Ready for Outdoors

Hi there!

I’m a qualified personal trainer with a real love for being outdoors and staying active. Nature has always been a big part of my life — it helps me slow down, reset, and feel grounded.

I believe fitness should be accessible to everyone, and that it doesn’t need to be complicated. For me, it’s about getting back to the basics, finding something you enjoy, and building habits that are realistic and sustainable.

Most importantly, I see movement as a way of looking after both your physical and mental health. I want to help people find a way of staying active that feels good, rather than something they feel they have to force themselves to do.

My mission

My aim is to show that movement really is for everyone. I want to give my clients practical skills, knowledge, and tools they can use on their own, helping them build confidence and support their health and wellbeing in the long term.

Outdoor sports have been part of my life since I was a child. I’m not a high-performance rider, climber or paddler — and that’s not really the point for me. I do them because I enjoy being outside, switching off, challenging myself, and reconnecting with nature. And, of course, I still love the adrenaline and the feeling of freedom that comes with them.

I want to help you get stronger, feel more confident in your body, and reduce your risk of injury, so you can keep doing the things you enjoy for years to come.
