Frequently asked questions

Do I need gym experience?

No. The guides explain everything and teach you basics first.

Do you coach beginners?

Hell yeah. The whole point of Ready for Outdoors is to prepare you for your outdoor adventures and give you the best chance of staying injury free no matter your experience. You can be a complete beginner, someone who is coming back after a break, or psyched rider/climber/paddler who wants to improve their performance.

What equipment do I need?

Guides' descriptions explain what you need to be able to complete the exercises. You will find something for yourself no matter if you have full home gym, gym membership or completely 0 equipment. Very often our own body weight is all we need.

Can I train remotely?

Yes. Majority of my community trains based on the guides I sell, and learn from my articles, but I also work with individual clients and with most of them I work online.

How can I contact you?

You can reach me using address e-mail from this website or social media links.

Do you ever work with clients in person?

There are times I do, but that depends on where I am and for how long I stay there. I also have hybrid clients who train remotely but we do meet from time to time to catch up in person. Follow me on my social media to be up to date with my availability.

Sonia’s guides are simple and really informative. The price might feel a bit surprising at first for a 15-page guide, but the knowledge you get stays with you and keeps coming in handy every time you plan a workout or outdoor adventure.
